My client provides a fully comprehensive commercial property maintenance service, focusing on planned maintenance and compliance (approx 60-70% of work), reactive repairs and installations. Some residential work is done through a commercial entity like a managing agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned maintenance and compliance, covering approximately 60-70% of total work.
• Reactive repairs and installations across commercial properties.
• Coordinate residential repairs through managing agent.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Enhanced DBS is mandatory due to client and sector requirements (education, healthcare, PBSA, BTR, retail, commercial).
