This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys practical work, problem solving, and wants to develop technical skills within the rapidly growing data centre industry .Youll be part of a small, supportive team preparing equipment, supporting testing projects, and assisting with installations on customer sites.What You’ll Be Doing:Preparing and maintaining specialist heat load testing equipment prior to deliveryAssisting with the installation and setup of equipment on customer sitesSupporting workshop operations including equipment maintenance and repairsPAT testing electrical equipment before dispatchPacking, loading, and unloading equipment and materials for projectsMaintaining maintenance and test recordsEnsuring all work is completed safely and to high quality standardsThe role is split between warehouse/workshop work and project site visits , with occasional travel across the UK and Europe. xwzovoh What Were Looking For:Someone early in their career looking to grow and develop technicallyExperience in a workshop, construction, engineering or warehouse environment is beneficialBasic understanding or interest in electrical systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work both independently and within a teamFull UK driving licence and own transportSalary & Benefits:£25,000 £27,000 salary (depending on experience)Overtime opportunitiesMonthly bonuses and working away allowance20 days holiday + public holidaysCore hours 07:30 15:30 (37.5 hour week)Opportunity to travel to project sites across the UK and EuropeExcellent long-term training and career development opportunitiesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist company working within the data centre construction sector , offering hands-on experience, training, and long-term career progression….
