As a Business Savings Consultant, you’ll play an instrumental part in completing all aspects of customer service and administration, from application stage through to completion and account administration.
Managing an active portfolio of Business Savings applications, establishing relationships with professionals and taking inbound calls from prospective and existing customers will be but a few of your tasks.

Hybrid working is available. At least two days per week (or 40 % of your working time if part‑time) are based at our Northampton office. If you are aligned to our Glasgow hub, you will attend weekly collaboration events there.
Nationwide has acquired Virgin Money in October 2024. The integration will be phased and considered over subsequent years.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage your own individual workload, focusing on reviewing and updating customer information, ensuring appropriate risk ratings, researching through public sources, completing adverse media searches, and contacting customers via email and telephone to confirm accurate records.
You may also support other areas of Business Savings and will receive comprehensive training.

- Experience managing a variety of tasks
- Ability to address customer enquiries accurately and in an excellent customer‑focused manner while complying with regulatory requirements and service standards
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at different levels
