What you will do

- Define north‑star and guardrail metrics to make high‑stakes trade‑offs between immediate customer needs and long‑term platform scalability.
The ideal candidate
- 5–10 years of PM experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech, with a proven track record of shipping high‑quality, data‑driven products.
- Deep AI fluency with experience defining problems suited for Generative AI and establishing quality evaluation heuristics for model outputs.
- Exceptional persuasive writing skills for strategy memos and technical fluency to navigate data contracts and system trade‑offs with engineers.
