- Building and enhancing Service Cloud solutions
- Writing Apex (triggers, automation, batch jobs supporting service operations)
- SLA & escalation automation to support high-volume environments
- Integrating Salesforce with wider enterprise systems
- Customising email services and Omni-Channel behaviour
- Working across the full SDLC in an agile team (Jira, CI/CD, structured releases)
- Troubleshooting complex issues and continuously improving performance
This is a mid-level SFSC Developer vacancy with a clear route to Senior, Lead then Architect. The salary for the Salesforce Service Cloud Developer is around £85,000.
