The Role
As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day engineering operations across a prestigious commercial site, ensuring compliance, service delivery, and maintenance standards are consistently achieved.
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Supervising and supporting a team of engineers and subcontractors
- Ensuring all statutory compliance and health & safety requirements are met
- Overseeing electrical systems and associated building services plant
- Managing permits, documentation, and compliance records
- Acting as the main point of contact for site stakeholders
- Supporting the development and performance of the engineering team
Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
