Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a busy Finance & HR team within a well-established organisation in Belfast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls across multiple business units, maintaining payroll records, ensuring HMRC compliance, and supporting finance and HR administration functions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years UK payroll experience
  • Sage Payroll experience essential
  • Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and pension submissions
  • Advanced Excel and strong IT skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
