Job Title: HR Business Partner (Multi-Site Hospitality)
Location: Midlands (Travel Across Multiple Sites Required)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
About Us:
We are working with a dynamic and growing hospitality business operating multiple venues across the Midlands. With a strong commitment to service excellence and people-first values, they’re looking for a skilled and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team and play a key role in driving our people strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with General Managers and senior stakeholders to support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
- Advise and support on ER issues, disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Lead on HR projects such as employee engagement, culture change, and succession planning.
- Monitor and support performance management processes across all sites.
- Collaborate with central HR and leadership teams to implement group-wide initiatives and policies.
- Ensure HR data is accurate and support reporting on key metrics.
- Travel regularly across sites within the Midlands region.
About You:
- Proven HR experience within the hospitality or retail sector is essential.
- Experience in a multi-site HR role preferred.
- Confident advising senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- CIPD qualified or working towards (Level 5 or above preferred).
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across sites. xwzovoh
