Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations, maximizing sales, impact, and presentation for your department.
- Ensure all activities are safe and compliant, and staff are in the right place at the right time.
- Serve as a role model, helping colleagues to understand and love our products and services.
- Spot talent and provide feedback and support to help team members grow.
- Engage with customers and colleagues on the store floor and lead from the front.
- Build strong team spirit and a network of relationships beyond the store.
- Act quickly to do what’s right, thrive on change and lead people through it together.
Qualifications
- Attitude, aptitude and aspiration to be a great retail manager.
- Strong communication skills: talking to colleagues, encouraging ideas and best practice.
- Warm and welcoming, attentive to listening.
- Experience of managing or leading teams in a retail setting is desirable.
- Legal ability to work and meet age requirements for the role.
