The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained at all times.
You will support and inspire the team, build strong relationships with parents, and create a positive environment where both children and staff can thrive.
Working closely with the owner, you will also have the opportunity to help shape the future of the nursery and bring new ideas to the setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Manager or in a leadership role within an early years setting
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
- A confident and approachable leader
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Someone passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and supporting staff development
