Key Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop support plans
- Provide guidance on budgeting, benefits, and daily living
- Carry out regular welfare checks and property visits
- Support tenants to manage rent and sustain tenancies
- Report repairs, maintenance, and health & safety issues
- Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns
- Promote wellbeing and independence
- Maintain accurate records, case notes, and risk assessments
- Liaise with external agencies and attend meetings
- Advocate on behalf of residents
Person Specification
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Knowledge of housing andbenefits
- Relevant qualification (desirable)
