The Director of Development will lead the creation and delivery of innovative fundraising propositions, working collaboratively with colleagues across the Cathedral, as well as with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
This pivotal role calls for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience of devising and executing successful campaigns from the ground up. The post holder will bring proven expertise in using CRM systems and developing online giving processes, ensuring our fundraising activity is both data-driven and donor-focused.
As a senior leader, you will inspire and coordinate a revitalised approach to fundraising – overseeing income from regular giving, legacies, grants and major donations. You will develop and deliver an ambitious strategy to grow these income streams, empowering the Development team to achieve measurable results while fostering strong collaboration across the Cathedral community.
Acting as a key ambassador for the Cathedral, the Director of Development will play an instrumental role in broadening and deepening our stakeholder relationships.
