As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world‑leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
Responsibilities
- Carry out leaving and retirement calculations for DB, DC and Cash Balance members
- Prepare accurate leaver and retirement statements for member issuance
- Respond to member queries via phone and email with clarity and care
- Manage workload proactively to meet agreed turnaround times
- Ensure calculations are completed efficiently and with high accuracy
- Support other pension administration activities such as transfers in/out
Key skills
- Strong knowledge of DB and DC pension scheme administration
- High level of numeracy and accuracy, including manual and automated calculations
- Excellent communication skills when supporting members
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and use initiative in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible, reliable and comfortable handling varied or ad‑hoc tasks
