GP Practice Care Navigator & Receptionist

Rossendale Valley Medical Practice is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Care Navigator to join our team in Haslingden. The role involves helping patients access services efficiently and providing general assistance to the Practice Team.

Applicants should have prior experience in Primary Care and possess strong customer service skills. Familiarity with EMIS and basic IT skills are essential. This position offers part-time hours on Thursdays and Fridays.
