Impact & Evaluation Manager
London, W2 (with hybrid working and travel between hospital sites in London)

We are looking for an Impact & Evaluation Manager to join us on a part‑time basis, working 21 hours per week for a fixed‑term contract of up to 12 months, starting August 2026.

Role Overview
As an Impact & Evaluation Manager, you will lead the delivery of our client’s refreshed approach to monitoring, evaluation and reporting following the launch of their new strategy. You will help demonstrate the real difference our client’s work makes, ensuring they can clearly evidence the impact they deliver for local communities. You will strengthen the organisation’s approach to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring teams have the tools, systems and support needed to measure success effectively. Transforming data and insights, you will develop engaging, meaningful reporting for supporters, stakeholders and decision‑makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to create and maintain measurement diagrams for evaluation planning
- Design measurement frameworks that describe the tools and timelines for data collection
- Support a culture of learning and data usage across the organisation
- Assist with the collection and evaluation of staff data
- Help to produce coherent evaluations of community support activities
- Make recommendations to optimise impact and evaluation
- Analyse data from operational activities
About You
To be considered as an Impact & Evaluation Manager, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience evaluating impact within the charitable funding sector
- Experience providing evaluation and impact advice to colleagues and stakeholders
- Skills in creating dashboards using software such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and impact methodologies
- Excellent numerical, statistical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of recent continuous professional development
