We’re looking for an ambitious and inspiring Services Manager to lead our Newham service — someone who can bring people together, drive innovation, build strong partnerships and create lasting impact.

Hours – Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week Contract: Permanent
London Weighting: £4,133.14
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities
About you:
You’re someone who combines leadership with compassion and strategy with action.
- Significant leadership experience within substance misuse, health, social care, community or related services
- Strong people leadership and team management experience
- Experience managing performance and delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience working with commissioners and senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience managing budgets and resources
- Confidence using data and insight to improve performance
- Passion for improving outcomes for individuals and communities
As Newhams Services Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional support and outcomes
- Create an ambitious, positive and recovery-focused culture
- Drive performance against KPIs, contracts and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare providers and strategic partners
- Use insight, data and evidence to shape service improvements
- Lead governance, safeguarding, quality and risk management processes
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Identify opportunities for innovation, growth and community impact
- Develop services that respond to local needs and make a real difference
