We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Conservatory Sales Executives to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

You will receive industry‑leading training to equip you with in‑depth knowledge of our bespoke living space and conservatory products. You will be proud of our products, confident in presenting them to customers using your existing and increasing sales abilities.

  • Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers in their own homes.
  • Conduct in‑depth consultations with customers to understand their specific requirements and design preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on conservatory options, materials, and design possibilities.
  • Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals, tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
  • Educate customers about the products and services offered, think on your feet, and cross‑sell other products where appropriate.

What we’re looking for

You will need to be self‑motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level. You will have:

  • A keen eye for design and the ability to translate customer preferences into bespoke conservatory plans using CAD.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Proven experience in sales and negotiation, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Flexibility towards varied workloads and working hours.
  • Ability to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Ideally, experience within Home Improvements (or similar).
  • A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
