SNF needs a volunteer Associate Director to lead Equality, Inclusion, Social Mobility and Research. You’ll shape inclusive practice and build strong links into social mobility sectors, ensuring we stay connected to opportunities, partners and change.

You should be confident engaging external stakeholders, spotting opportunities and translating insight into action. Experience in EDI, social mobility, research, mentoring, community engagement, partnerships or the charity/public sectorl.
What will you be doing?
You’ll embed inclusion into how SNF recruits, communicates and delivers mentoring. You’ll build and maintain a pipeline of contacts across social mobility sectors, develop partnerships, and keep SNF informed on emerging opportunities, initiatives and shifts in the landscape. You’ll lead light‑touch research and insight gathering, turning findings into practical improvements, stronger outreach and fairer decision‑making.
