Estimator – Projects Construction

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading contractor within the construction and civil engineering sector. This role offers the chance to become part of a dynamic pre-construction team, contributing to the successful delivery of major projects. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for tenders across groundworks, reinforced concrete frames, infrastructure, and civil engineering packages. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators within the team. Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to groundworks and concrete frame projects. Strong commercial awareness, with excellent analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office applications. Competitive salary and benefits package.
