This would be an ideal position for an experienced Quantity surveyor / Estimator looking for a new challenge, to have more autonomy with their work and to become an integral part of a strong team. Analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour COST REPORTS / APPLICATIONS for projects Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy of SUBMISSIONS Evaluate materials, labour, and equipment required for each project Prepare and maintain a cost database for future reference Ability to carry out Surveying duties on projects Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite If you have the relevant skills/attributes to fulfil this role then please apply now for immediate consideration.
