About the Position
The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital is a 28‑bed unit dedicated to specialized care for critically ill and injured infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. A multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals delivers comprehensive, family‑centered care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. The PICU is staffed 24 hours a day by board‑certified and board‑eligible pediatric intensive care specialists, along with specially trained nurses and support staff. The team is committed to supporting the emotional and educational needs of patients and their families throughout the hospitalization experience.

Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire.
- Registered Nurse (RN) required. Florida State or Compact License required.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse, preferred 2 years of experience.
- Previous PICU experience preferred.
- BLS certification provided by AHA.

Salary Range: Minimum $36.62/hour – Maximum $54.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
