Solution Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Design & Architecture: Lead end-to-end design for in-scope Controls, ensuring technical solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Control owners, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Governance & Standards: Support the governance and standards outlined in the organisation’s change framework methodology.
• Ways of working: Ability to work in an Agile methodology.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in solution technical design.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, systems integration, and cloud platforms.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical constraints and prioritization.
