Air Conditioning Installation Engineer
Location & Work
Company based in Leicester; all local work and no call out.
Compensation
£35k-£45k per year plus package.
Requirements
- 3 years A/C Installation experience (or more)
- Desire to develop and grow your skills
- Positive / ‘Can‑do’ attitude
- F-gas Cat 1 Qualification
- Lives within 30‑40 minutes of LE18 (Wigston)
- Driving licence (max. 6 points)
- Clean DBS
Desired Qualifications
- CSCS Certificate
- iPaf certificate
- Pasma Certificate
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 30‑min lunch each day (42.5‑hour week)
- 80% of the time engineers are on their way home by 5pm
- 99.2% of customers within Leicestershire (30‑min travel)
- Engineers drive to work in own vehicles; company provides a dedicated van for the working day
Company Policies
- No on‑call rotas
- No out‑of‑hours calls to engineers
- No work in London or outside the East Midlands
