Branch Manager – Harworth ›

Branch

Located in Harworth, you will be working in a branch with a well-established team. Working 37hours per week: Tuesday 8.30am to 6.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Thursday 8.30am to 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch each day. You will be required to work 1 in 5 Saturday’s 9.00am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Role

• Ensure the safe and effective running of the branch
• Provide line management to pharmacy staff
• Assist in the promotion and delivery of services
• Provide a great customer experience
• Build good relationships with customers and other health professional

Requirements

• Experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy
• A strong leader with good interpersonal skills
• A positive “can do” attitude
• Understanding of confidentiality
• Able to demonstrate self-motivation and initiative

Advantages

Advantageous but not essential, training will be provided.

• Previous experience within a community pharmacy environment
• An NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent course
