Duties – Occupational Health Specialist• Lead and support the Occupational Health team on sites• Support long-term absence cases and rehabilitation plans• Report on health trends and absence data• Drive health promotion campaigns and wellbeing programmes• Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure high-quality care Experience/Qualifications – Occupational Health Specialist• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with Occupational Health experience• Experience in health promotion and assessments• Confident in data analysis and reporting• Candidates who are currently an Occupation Health Advisor, OCA Advisor, OHA, Occupational Health Practitioner, Occupational Health Consultant and Occupation Health Manager could be suitable for this role.
