The company

A leading UK Plc is looking to appoint a commercially focused Group FP&A professional into its Group Finance function based in London. The business operates within a complex, fast-paced environment and is continuing to invest in data, reporting, and strategic finance capability.

The role

Reporting into senior Group FP&A leadership, this role will focus on delivering high-quality reporting, forecasting, and commercial insight to support Executive and Board-level decision making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering monthly and quarterly management reporting and performance analysis
• Developing dashboards, models, and reporting tools to improve business insight
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
• Conducting analysis around business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Driving automation and continuous improvement across reporting processes
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to support strategic decision making

What you need

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Background within a Big 4 or professional services environment is preferred
• Experience within Group FP&A, analytics, transaction services, or commercial finance
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
