We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in legal recruitment — ideally within Employment, Private Client, Trusts & Estates, Tax, or related practice areas — to help grow these divisions as part of our long‑term expansion strategy.

The Role
This position will have a core focus on the Employment Law sector across both the UK and US legal markets, alongside broader Private Client and related legal practice areas.
- Building and managing relationships with law firms and legal professionals
- Working on UK and US legal mandates
- Partnering with elite law firms, boutique practices, and international platforms
- Developing new business opportunities
- Contributing to the long‑term growth of the division
