About the Job

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Platform Specialist with strong expertise in banking domain to oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

Work Environment

Hybrid working: blend of company offices, client sites, and home; not 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce metadata across orgs – objects, fields, flows, Apex automations; interpret customer and product data models and organization‑specific implementation patterns; identify duplication, divergence, legacy constructs, and standardization opportunities.
• Validate AI‑assisted outputs through human‑in‑the‑loop review; assess implementations against client and Salesforce platform standards.
• Provide deep hands‑on expertise of the Salesforce estate to enable accurate analysis comparison and modernization recommendations across multiple orgs.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce platform experience with multi‑org estates.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce metadata model, Apex, Flow and automation.
• Understanding of licensing limits and enterprise operating patterns.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
