QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its specialist Employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Employment Lawyer looking to work within a well-established and respected practice known for delivering high-quality advice to both employers and senior employees across a broad range of sectors.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative specialist team handling a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
You will advise clients on a broad range of workplace issues while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and profile of the department.
The role offers exposure to high-quality work, strong progression prospects, and the opportunity to become a visible part of a recognised Employment practice.
- Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
- Providing strategic and commercially focused employment advice
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment-related matters
- Advising on settlement agreements, disciplinary matters, grievances, restructures, and employment disputes
- Managing client relationships and delivering high standards of client care
- Assisting with seminars, client training sessions, and employment law updates
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law
- Strong technical experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Commercially aware with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to clients and participating in seminars or networking events
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach
