This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering and manufacturing organisation, where youll gain exposure to complex projects and develop your commercial skills with a clear path towards Senior Quantity Surveyor level. Reporting to the General Manager, youll work closely with project managers, engineers, and the wider supply chain, supporting the commercial delivery of projects while building experience in cost management, contract administration, and NEC contracts. This role would suit someone who is motivated to learn, eager to take on responsibility, and looking to accelerate their career as a Commercial Lead. Support the commercial and financial management of projects. Support the administration of NEC contracts, including early warnings and compensation events. Produce cost and value reports to support project delivery. Work with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to manage commercial matters. Assist with tenders, pricing, and pre-contract reviews. Help identify and manage commercial risks across projects. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Strong analytical and financial skills Ambition to progress to Senior Quantity Surveyor level or Commercial Lead Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or contractor environments Familiarity with cost estimating or project management software MondayThursday: 8am5pm~ Friday: 8am12pm (WFH available)
