Job Introduction
Business Development Executive – UK&I
Twinkl is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing B2B Sales team, supporting schools and educational organisations across the UK & Ireland.
In this role, you’ll drive growth by selling Twinkl memberships and products to schools, MATs, and senior educational leaders. You’ll identify new business opportunities, manage inbound leads, and build strong relationships with customers across the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead generation
- Convert inbound enquiries into customers
- Promote Twinkl’s products and demonstrate their value to educators
- Build relationships with Headteachers, MAT leaders, SLTs, and subject leaders
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience, ideally within Education or EdTech
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders
- Results‑driven with a passion for hitting targets
- Interest in education and understanding of the UK&I school landscape
