About The Role
We are hiring a mid-level BDR with experience in outbound business development for the UK market. The role involves lead generation, account-based outreach, and creating qualified sales opportunities for technology and digital engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across the UK region
- Identify and engage key stakeholders through LinkedIn, email outreach, and calls
- Generate qualified appointments for sales leadership
- Research target accounts and understand client pain points
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM hygieneCollaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams
- Support account-based marketing and personalized outreach initiatives
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of BDR/Inside Sales/Lead Generation experience
- Prior experience working with UK clients/prospects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools
- Understanding of IT services, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Product Development services
