The Role
We’re looking for an experienced email designer understands the user journey, knows how to move someone from first touch to purchase, and design emails that actually convert. You’ll be joining our creative team working across a portfolio of 7-8 figure DTC brands.
What You’ll Do
- Design email campaigns and flows
- Collaborate with the broader creative and retention team
- Bring a conversion-first mindset to every email you design
What We’re Looking For
- Strong email design experience in the eCommerce space
- Deep understanding of flows and campaigns, you know the difference between a welcome series and a winback and why each one matters
- Conversion and user journey focused
- Experience with Klaviyo preferred
