Senior SuccessFactors Specialist – Employee Central

Network IT is seeking a SuccessFactors Systems Specialist to support a well-established organisation’s People Services function. The role involves providing technical expertise and operational support for the SuccessFactors Employee Central platform, resolving complex issues, and enhancing HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SAP SuccessFactors, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive approach to improving system performance and user experience. This hybrid position allows for a flexible working environment, with occasional on-site presence in Milton Keynes.
