Our client is a well-established FMCG manufacturer looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at site level and support the wider UK people agenda.
This is a key leadership role, working closely with senior management to deliver a proactive, commercial, and pragmatic people service across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, manage a small team, support operational leaders, and help shape people plans that align with business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the site HR function and managing the HR team,
- partnering with senior stakeholders on workforce planning,
- recruitment,
- employee relations,
- performance, engagement,
- process improvement,
- Maintaining HR systems, reporting, and policies
To be considered, you will need:
- Previous HR leadership experience within manufacturing or FMCG,
- strong employee relations knowledge,
- experience supporting managers in a hands-on operational environment,
- credibility to influence at all levels.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
