Senior Design Manager in City of London

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential RC frame projects (sizes 80 units to 350 units) for a tier 1 main contractor from a central London office.
• Provide direct line management for 4 Design Managers and Design Manager Assistants.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Design Management role with a main contractor or developer.
• Experience in the residential sector.
• Experience working with RC frame projects.
• Experience with new build projects.
