Job Description: Warehouse Operative Position:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 06:00 AM – 14:30 PM OR 09:30AM to 18:00PM
Role Overview: My client is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse /e commerce duties.
Key Responsibilities:
– Unloading and loading deliveries in a safe and efficient manner
– Relabelling products as required
– Order picking and packing
– Attention to detail is essential
– Using hand scanners and glue gun
– Carrying out general warehouse duties such as sorting, storing, and maintaining stock
– Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised
– Assisting with stock rotation to ensure accuracy and availability of goods
– Adhering to all health and safety guidelines, always ensuring a safe working environment
– Working closely with other team members to meet warehouse and company goals Requirements:
– Previous warehouse experience is essential
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Ability to lift and carry heavy items
– Must be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
– Good communication skills
– A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on reliability
– Safety boots are required as part of the personal protective equipment (PPE)
