Account Director – East Midlands
Our client, a leader in their sector, is looking to appoint an Account Director to influence and shape strategic direction of major accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships and extensive experience leading high performing account teams. This role requires a professional, motivated, and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works comfortably at senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of the immediate and extended business offering/proposition.
- Build strong relationships with clients and third parties, demonstrating an understanding of their business, priorities and dynamics to help them succeed.
- Accountability for overall service delivery, ensuring promises are delivered and expectations exceeded.
- Develop comprehensive strategic account plans with key initiatives that deliver growth and optimize profitability.
- Project manage key account initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and to brief.
- Set key targets for service, delivery and continuous improvement, regularly measuring, analyzing and reporting performance against these targets.
