Sphere is partnering with an established consumer brand to appoint a commercially minded Head of eCommerce to lead and accelerate its DTC business. This senior leadership role owns the online strategy, trading performance and customer experience, with visibility to senior stakeholders.
The role is fully remote with monthly travel to Derbyshire; it requires a track record in eCommerce or D2C, owning online P&L, and driving CRM and CRO initiatives to grow revenue.
