Night Operations Lead – Customer Fulfilment

Amazon in Kettering is seeking an Operations Manager who will lead night shift teams and drive operational excellence. This role focuses on ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and involves managing a team of Area Managers to enhance site performance.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in people management, clear communication skills, and the ability to use data for business influence. Knowledge of Lean and operations logistics is preferred.
