What You’ll Do
- Generate leads and convert them to revenue
- Maintain a focus on incremental sales of EvonSys’ services to prospective clients
- Qualify leads from outbound efforts and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Design, develop, and execute a strategic territory plan
- Respond to commercial and public sector RFx opportunities
- Establish relationships with varying levels of buyers/stakeholders within prospective accounts
- Establish credibility by understanding business needs
- Refine and continuously improve prospecting and sales techniques
- Capture and report sales KPIs and other performance metrics
- Develop a winning sales team that includes recruiting, hiring, and training when it’s time to scale
- Successfully manage client and/or project escalations
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working full sales lifecycle
- Experience selling IT, Consulting, and/or Project Delivery services
- Experience selling BPM and/or Low-Code solutions (PEGA Solution Sales)
- Public sector knowledge
- Strong desire to lead their own sales organization
- Can prospect effectively to find opportunity using multiple channels
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self‑Starter, high energy and positive attitude
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Be entrepreneurial and results driven
