Senior FS Software Engineer (MCP & AI Agents)

Our client is a global tech company undergoing an exciting transformation, looking for a Senior FS (Full-Stack) Software Engineer to join their growing team.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience building technical solutions that integrate Large Language Models with real‑world systems, specifically utilizing MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect AI agents to secure data sources and tools.
• Strong communication skills where you can clearly explain the architecture of autonomous agents and how they interact with complex backend ecosystems.
• A pragmatic mindset, focusing on building “agent‑ready” infrastructure that is robust, secure, and balances cutting‑edge AI automation with system reliability.
• A data‑informed approach, understanding how to optimize context windows and tool‑calling schemas to ensure AI agents deliver high‑impact, accurate results within the SDLC.

Role and Responsibilities

• Solve meaningful challenges at scale – Build the next generation of AI Agents for digital safety and DevSecOps, using MCP to provide agents with the real‑time context needed to solve problems for millions of users.
• Work across the stack – Develop everything from the agentic logic and protocol integrations to the user‑facing interfaces that allow humans to collaborate with AI effectively.
• Lead by influence – Act as a pioneer for Agentic workflows, aligning 10+ colleagues around the adoption of MCP and long‑term automation initiatives through clear, outcome‑driven roadmaps.
