About The Role
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take Cleo’s growth marketing efforts for new products & concepts from 0 to 1. You’ll sit within the Growth Marketing team, and be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy for our different products and concepts, driving efficient user acquisition and helping build the playbook for how we grow new products.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who’s both analytical and creative, comfortable working in ambiguity, and motivated by building from scratch. You’ll be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, testing and optimising our acquisition strategy, and uncovering insights that guide our product development.
You’ll work closely with product, creative, data, and user research teams to craft campaigns and experiments that deliver measurable growth, while deepening our understanding of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the acquisition strategy for new product concepts (new bets).
- Combine internal data with external signals, from competitor intelligence to market trends to inform decisions and prioritisation.
- Partner with channel managers to test and scale acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Affiliates, Partnerships and emerging platforms.
- Use SQL and data analysis to identify growth opportunities, measure acquisition performance, and uncover insights that shape strategy.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ads and content tailored to new audiences.
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics (CPA, conversion, retention, and LTV) translating them into clear actionable recommendations.
- Develop structured test-and-learn frameworks that accelerate learning velocity while improving ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, user research, channel managers and analytics to ensure insights are translated into action.
- Help shape and document Cleo’s growth marketing playbook for new markets and products.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who has implemented successful GTM & testing strategies from the ground up for new products or in new markets
- Deep understanding of acquisition & growth strategies (Meta, TikTok, Google etc), able to design, interpret & optimise tests, but not necessarily hands on running campaigns.
- Strong SQL and data skills, you’ll regularly dive into data to analyse acquisition and user performance to identify growth opportunities
- Proven ability to blend data and creativity, you understand what makes good creative perform and can work effectively with channel managers and creative teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to collaborate and influence across product, research, marketing, and creative

Compensation Range
- United Kingdom: £73k- £95k gross annually
- Final compensation will be determined based on experience
