As Client Manager, you will be a key point of contact for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial enquiry through to completion. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive approach to sales and relationship management.
Arrange and manage property viewings, ensuring properties are presented professionally and appointments run smoothly. Actively work with buyers to understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties. Handle buyer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, responding promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate client and property records within the CRM system. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders to progress sales efficiently.
