About the Role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will consult with customers on integrating an Agentic AI Workforce into their customer success strategy and secure their business. You’ll develop your own leads, transform customer and developer imagination, and close mid-market and enterprise-level deals in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Close enterprise deals with upper mid-market and enterprise customers (25-50 logo book).
  • Self-sourced approach – focus on outbound, self-generated pipeline development.
  • Build qualified pipeline – develop and nurture 3-5x qualified sales pipeline.
  • Maintain high activity levels – extremely high customer-focused readiness and activities.
  • Multi-faceted growth – help grow the company across various business areas.

Sales Structure

  • Annual Quota: 1.2M
  • Ramp Period: 3-month non-recoverable draw while ramping.
  • Territory: 25-50 enterprise logos.
  • Approach: Primarily outbound and self-sourced.

What You Bring

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven quota achievement – consistent track record meeting/exceeding 1M+ quotas.
  • Enterprise deal management – experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales.
  • Self-sourcing expertise – strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base + Commission Structure:

  • Base Salary: 120,000 – 135,000 GBP.
  • Total OTE: 240,000 – 270,000 GBP.
  • Split: 50/50 base and commission.
  • Accelerators: 30% on self-sourced deals, 70% on managed deals.
  • Commission: Uncapped potential.
