Head of Finance Transformation | Interim | London | Specialty Insurance
Invecta are exclusively partnered with a London-based specialty insurer to appoint a senior interim Finance Transformation specialist on an initial nine-month day-rate contract.
This position will report to the CFO, sitting across a finance transformation roadmap encompassing compliance readiness, a significant overhaul of finance reporting & data structure and the delivery of multiple critical finance tools.
This is a broad, hands‑on delivery role. You will sit across a finance transformation road map, coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously and driving delivery across people, process and technology.
A significant part of the role involves managing relationships with IT and external vendors to unblock progress and keep implementation on track. You will also get directly involved in the reporting cycle, understanding the pain points first hand and helping to drive improvements at pace.
What we are looking for:
- A senior finance professional with experience operating in the Insurance domain who has delivered complex, multi-stakeholder change programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and a hands‑on approach – working closely with the CFO
- Experience within a UK insurance or Lloyd’s market finance environment
- Strong understanding of syndicate reporting
- Experience working with US parent companies or group structures (advantageous)
This position offers a highly competitive day rate, with an initial contract term of 9 months, based in London requiring multiple days per week in their London (City) office.
