A successful and growing specialist distributor of mechanical, HVAC and electrical products is looking for a bright and motivated individual to join their team in Walthamstow as a Technical Sales Trainee.
Are you mechanically minded, technically curious, and eager to build a long‑term career in sales and customer service? Our valued customers include power stations, hospitals, and renowned organisations such as the BBC Television Centre. No previous technical sales experience is required – just a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and an interest in engineering, mechanics, or technical products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
- Assist customers with technical product advice and solutions.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source products.
- Prepare quotations and process orders accurately.
- Support and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
- Learn about HVAC, mechanical and electrical products through ongoing training.
This role is mainly office‑based and email‑focused, making it ideal for someone who is organised, process‑driven, and enjoys problem‑solving in a technical environment.
