Facility Monitoring Systems Ltd supplies, installs and supports specialist critical monitoring and alarm systems, associated instruments and equipment in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, automotive and industrial sectors. To carry out the calibration, service and repair activities on environmental monitoring systems and equipment at FMSL customer sites and provide technical support for customers and internal staff. To be responsible for the delivery of all technical aspects associated with current and ongoing service To carry out work at client sites, to service, test and calibrate environmental monitoring systems and components to prove accuracy of performance and continued effectiveness.To complete all necessary documentation and reports on completion of testing, remedial and call out works To carry out remedial repairs on environmental monitoring systems and components to rectify failures and To diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems on environmental monitoring systems and components to Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to Be a mentor to Technician Service Care.
