Based from a local area housing office, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, front-line housing management services across a defined patch. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a patch of tenancies, leases and licences, acting as the main point of contact for residentsDeliver a customer-focused housing management service, ensuring residents’ needs are addressed professionally and promptlyUndertake tenancy and leasehold management, including tenancy sign-ups, sustainment and enforcement where requiredManage and respond to anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases in line with policy and legislationCarry out estate inspections, identify environmental issues and work with internal and external partners to resolve themComplete tenancy verification checks and support fraud prevention activityRespond to neighbourhood issues, emergencies and service requests efficientlyMaintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with housing policies and proceduresAttend evening meetings and out-of-hours emergencies when requiredRate: £27-£29 Umbrella Location: London Hours: Full-time Contract: 3-6 MonthsAbout You You will bring either direct housing management experience or strong transferable skills from a related customer-facing or enforcement role, alongside a genuine commitment to supporting residents.
