CRM Automation Specialist

Salary: up to £45,000

We’re looking for a talented, CRM Automation Specialist to take our marketing communications to the next level. In this medior role, you’ll take ownership of impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.

You’ll play a key role in crafting personalised, data-driven strategies that not only engage and activate but convert, while driving continuous improvement through performance analysis and innovation. You are a part of our Base Management and Retention marketing team and will work on all Urban Gym Group brands, both in the Netherlands and in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels; email, app, WhatsApp, SMS and in-club communication.
• Develop compelling content together with our Brand Team that drives action.
• Strategically segment and manage audiences for targeted outreach.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions).
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine CRM performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create on-brand communications.
• Manage and improve automations and workflows.
• Build and optimise automated funnels for customer journeys.
• Stay ahead of email marketing trends and innovations to elevate our strategy.

You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM and marketing automation.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, segmentation, and automation strategies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in retention marketing is a pro.
